At JM Language Solutions, we believe in transparent pricing and clear communication. Most of our services are charged at an hourly rate, while transcription services are priced per audio minute.

You will always receive a personalised quote before work begins.

Hourly Rate

The following services are charged at:

€40 per hour

This rate applies to:

  • Copywriting
  • Translation
  • Editing & Proofreading
  • Data Analysis
  • English Language Training
  • Research Support
  • Content Development

The final cost depends on the scope, complexity and timeline of the project.

Transcription Rates

Transcription services are charged per audio minute.

  • Dutch → Dutch Transcription: €2.00 per audio minute
  • Dutch ↔ English Transcription: €2.50 per audio minute
  • Medical Research Transcription: €3.00 per audio minute

Additional Charges for Transcription Projects

Certain recordings require additional time and processing.

The following surcharges may apply:

  • Rush delivery: +30%
  • Poor audio quality: +€0.50 per audio minute
  • More than two speakers: +€0.25 per additional speaker per audio minute

Any additional charges will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
